They came, they saw, and they campaigned. A group of students is giving the word “campaign” a new meaning as it takes over the internal and external school campaign program for CITE’s three-year course.
The Trainors Technician Program Campaigners Club came into being early this year to train students in promoting the Industrial Technician Program (ITP) among the students through organized activities and exhibits. They also conduct a guided tour to walk-in applicants on Saturdays to tack down their interest in pursuing their applications.
Soon they will facilitate orientations on CITE programs in and outside the school. To prepare the team for all of these, they are now undergoing a crash course in Customer Care and ITP Orientation Program customized for them. They now enjoy exposures in school programs to build up confidence and develop communication skills.
Under the chairmanship of Manuel Aguilor, the group has recruited select students to join them on board and become ambassadors of CITE.
