· Tek-bok provider for TESDA’s skills program for displaced workers and out-of-school youth through the President Gloria Scholarship

· Received grant from Deutscher Entwicklungdienst (DED) or German Development Service to convert two classrooms into e-classrooms equipped with the latest model

of the workstations for browsing in 2007. 

· Implemented  the Information and Literacy in Rural Areas (ILIRA) Project in the Visayas and Mindanao

 · Chosen by the DOST and Consuelo Foundation to set up and operate a precision and test instruments calibration laboratory which caters to the needs of companies in the Visayas and Mindanao

 · Sits as one of the member-NGOs in the Cebu City Development Council

 · Technical partner in the nationwide IT development program of the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development with Coca-Cola International

 · Involved in the DTI’s Barangay Net and Ayala Foundation’s Youth Tech project

 · Implementing partner for Network Administration Course Program under the Cisco Networking Academy Program for OSYs in coordination with the Philippine Out-of-School Children and Youth Development Project beginning July 2001

 · Received grant from the Association for Cultural, Technical and Educational Cooperation of Belgium for the setting up of the Training Center for Out-of-School Youth and Displaced Workers (now ATC Training Center), in cooperation with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in the region, beginning school year 2000

· Received grant from Fundacio CODESPA of Spain for the integration of information technology courses in the ITP beginning school year 2000

· Received grant from Lucent Technologies for the design and development of web-ready training modules beginning year 2000

· Chosen as partner by Isla Communications Co. in the training of its telecommunication technician scholars beginning SY 1999-2000, a first-in-the-country partnership in technical training. An expanded scholarship program is in effect with Globe Telecom

· Chosen to serve as a Training Center for Procter & Gamble Phils. Inc. and San Miguel Corporation 

· Chosen to serve as a Training Center for Sasabe Engineering Co. (Japan) and Don Victoriano Technological Development Foundation scholarship program in 1991 

· Consuelo Foundation (formerly Children and Youth Foundation of the Philippines) funded the development of the Didactic and Prototyping Center in 1995
