Q: How can I get into the program?
A: You must be male Filipino high school graduate with age not more than 22 years old upon enrollment. Your grades in Math, Physics, and English should be at least 80% during the last grading period. Your family income should not exceed Php 120,000.00.

Q: What if I'm qualified?
A: You should pass the admission test conducted by the school every third Saturday of the month. Testing fee is Php30.00. You can call us in a week's time to know the result of your exam. If you passed, you should submit all your requirements to the Registrar's Office for processing. You will be scheduled to undergo the Summer Technician Orientation Program (STOP), a one-week training that will give you a foretaste of CITE's three-year Industrial Technician Program. Within the week, you will undergo 40-hour classes in Math, English, Benchwork, and Physical Fitness Test, among others. Within your training, our staff will conduct an interview with you and your parents and visit you at home for further assessment.

Q: What are the requirements?
A: After you passed the admission test, we require you to submit four pieces 1X1 ID pictures (with blue background), four photocopies of high school report card (Form 137) or transfer credentials (for college level), four photocopies of birth certificate, one photocopy of certificate of good moral character, and four photocopies of your parent's latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or a certificate of tax exemption from BIR in case your parents are unemployed.

Q: How am I going to be selected?
A: You will be ranked among other applicants based on your performance during the STOP, score in the admission test, final grades in high school, and family income. If you make it to the top 240, you will be officially enrolled in the Industrial Technician Program (ITP). The medical examination, signing of contract, and orientation on the ITP will follow.

Q: What if I failed in any of the screening process?
A: You may take the admission test again in the next school year. However, if you finished the STOP but did not make it to the top 240, you will receive a certificate of completion.
